Why am I having trouble registering for DialCare?

Members can access their account 24/7, but appointments will be held between 7am to 10pm, seven days a week online, over the phone, or through the DialCare mobile app. DialCare counselors will reach out via phone or video chat upon request, and each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes. Follow-up sessions may be scheduled, and you can request the same counselor you previously consulted, upon availability.Is DialCare available to minors?
Yes, you can access DialCare if you are under 18. Three-way conversations are available for parents or guardians who prefer to be involved in the conversation. When registering, participants under 18 will be asked to enter the parent or guardian's email address and date of birth to complete the process.What languages does DialCare support?
