Summer is here in the northern hemisphere, and if you’re like our team you’re starting to wonder where the first half of 2023 has gone. The summer months are bringing a new fresh initiative here at EGI...... we’re getting into the ever-changing world of social media (wish us luck!).
Sure, we’ve dipped our toes in the waters of Facebook and LinkedIn in the past but we’re giving it a real go this time around and have created an Instagram account. Be prepared to learn about health insurance in a comical, laid back way with one of our suavest team members.

The highlight from the survey is that our NPS score is an amazing 79! With the insurance industry average sitting around 35, this is truly an incredible feat and this goes to show the high quality service and support that our account management team and carrier partners are providing to our groups.

Karla was born and raised in Mexico City. She received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and completed an international economic course in Spain. She loves to travel and read, listen to music, and play sports, especially football. In her free time you can find her going out to the cinema with her husband or teaching her daughter how to swim. She joined EIC back in 2020.
Fun fact: Karla began practicing karate at the age of three and has competed in tournaments in Mexico, Guatemala as well as The United States. After years of dedication to the sport, she won the world championship title in December 2010!
