We are very proud to launch our rebrand for 2021, shaking off the past year and looking forward to the new year with a renewed sense of optimism. The new logo now gives our brand a clean, fresh and modern look, with a strong brand image moving forward. We will still provide all the same great products, service and support to our clients, just under a new and improved look!
The new logo will be rolling out over the next few weeks, so current clients may see new and updated materials at their next renewals.

While there are still many unknowns when it comes to the COVID-19 vaccine, we’ve created a resource for our Cultural Exchange clients to discuss the different vaccines currently available, how the vaccines are currently being distributed, and how this is being handled when it comes to insurance coverage.
Learn more about what we currently know about the COVID-19 vaccine and its impact on Cultural Exchange participants. We’ll continue to keep this article updated as we learn more.
With the launch of our new logo, our accounts team has spent the last few weeks working on a refresh and revamp of all our Student Zones. The main aim was to improve functionality, quality of information, and ease of use. One of the largest changes was to integrate our Telemedicine options more prominently throughout the Student Zone for those plans that include this, so that participants are directed to Telemedicine options as a first course of treatment for anything that is not an emergency.
We hope you like the new layout, and please let your account manager know if you have any feedback.
When it comes to setting up your group health insurance plan, one of the hardest decisions most organizations have is how to handle the coverage for dependents. Do you include them in your plan, will your insurance company allow them to be included in your plan, or should you have them purchase their own policy that you approve? It is generally accepted that dependents tend to drive up claims on an insurance plan and can increase the pricing of the plan, so if you have a large number of dependents, how you handle them could make a huge difference at your next renewal.
Learn more about how to handle dependents, and how we can help you manage them.
